MARY JOYCE
Founder and Principal
Mary has over a decade of global experience as a researcher, trainer and practitioner working at the intersection innovation and social change. She was New Media Operations Manager for President Obama’s groundbreaking 2008 campaign, is the author of the book Digital Activism Decoded, and received funding from the National Science Foundation for her work in activism data. She has consulted with nonprofits from Eastern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the US, as well as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Mozilla Foundation and Open Society Foundation. When not working, she enjoys biking in the rain, intentional communities, and contemporary art.
